Pamela M. Harper is Of Counsel at Griesing Mazzeo Law and Chair of the Firm’s Corporate Transactions & Compliance practice group.
What do you focus on?
Pam focuses on representing and providing strategic advice to clients in connection with regulatory, compliance and corporate governance-related matters, particularly within the financial services industry.
More than a lawyer
Hindsight is definitely 20/20. I am a lover of the visual arts and often look back and wonder, “ Why didn’t I major in Arts Administration when I was in graduate school at Wharton?” Well, It certainly would not have the most conventional choice. Fast forward and my interest in art led me to attend Christie’s Art Business program. On my bucket list? Owning an art gallery focused on emerging and contemporary artists.
I’m also a foodie; an adventuresome foodie. During my travels, I’ve eaten everything from frog lips in China to alligator in Cameroon; I will try anything once. Worst case, once is sufficient. Best case, you actually expand your culinary portfolio and your palette will thank you. Next bucket list item? Being a food columnist.
Life is such an adventure and every day is a treasure!
