I focus on assisting attorneys with all aspects of a case, including trial preparation, maintaining and reviewing documents, drafting and editing documents, and discovery research to ensure cases are efficiently handled from start to finish.
Denise has over twenty years of experience as a litigation paralegal at various law firms. Her areas of expertise include legal research, project management, document management, case management, data management, drafting, editing, and trial preparation. Denise works directly with attorneys on all facets of case preparation, with a specific concentration in litigation.
Prior to joining the Firm, Denise was a legal assistant and paralegal for a law firm specializing in transportation litigation, providing assistance in all phases of transportation litigation involving national rail lines. Furthermore, she has served as a litigation paralegal for various law firms throughout Pennsylvania, aiding attorneys with interrogatories and other discovery requests, supporting attorneys in case preparation by drafting, reviewing, and editing legal documents, conducting research, and gathering discovery information, among other duties.
Denise received her paralegal certificate from the American Center for Technical Arts and Sciences.
