Courtney Mullen

I am responsible for coordinating and organizing the business development efforts of the Firm and provide strategic vision in bringing in business that supports specific organizational and outreach strategies. In addition, I collaborate with each attorney on formulating and executing their individual business development goals and support promoting their services and unique practices externally. Furthermore, I work with each practice area chair and attorney to coordinate, develop, and oversee assessments of emerging industry trends and issues to provide content and insight that is relevant to the Firm’s areas of expertise. Moreover, I help facilitate thought leadership, long-range service plans for the Firm as well as the creation of marketing collateral, responses to RFPs and RFIs, and track the success rate of these efforts.

Prior to joining the Firm, Courtney worked for a top 100 law firm with 800+ attorneys operating in 31 cities for over 8 years in various roles of marketing, communications, administration, and business development executing both internal and external communication efforts. Courtney oversaw the creation and distribution of the firm’s newsletter, helped maintain the firm’s customer relationship management system, and assisted in establishing its web-based client matters system, in addition to other various responsibilities. She also served as a senior email communication specialist for a global insurance company with 30k+ employees.

Courtney graduated from Drexel University with a B.S. in English & Philosophy.
